Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Football Coach based in Brixton. The Football Coach will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging training sessions, developing players’ skills, and implementing the club’s tactical and technical philosophy. The coach will mentor and guide young players during training and matches, fostering a positive, disciplined, and encouraging environment. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with other coaches to ensure that the club’s vision and standards are upheld.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Football Coaching, including the ability to develop players’ technique and tactical knowledge
- Proficiency in Coaching and Training techniques to inspire and educate young players
- Excellent Communication skills for effectively guiding players and collaborating with team members
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage training sessions and support team development
- Relevant coaching certifications (e.g., FA qualifications or equivalent) are highly desirable
- Experience in youth football coaching or working with young athletes
- Passion for developing community sports and building the potential of young players
