AsaCare Assistant, you will:
- Give support and care to the residents whilstmaintainingtheir rights to independence, privacy,dignityand choice
- Assistwith preparing residents for bed and/orassist them in the morning.
- Assistresidents who require help to dress/undress, wash, and bath and use the toilet.
- Assistresidents with mobility problems and other physical disabilities including the use and care ofaidsand personal equipment.
- Assistresidents who need help with personalhygienee.g.incontinence.
- Promote and adhere to the Greensleeves Care -Workplace values of respect,opennessand responsibility.
To apply, you will need:
- An understanding of the needs of residents
- An understanding of the importance of confidentiality
- Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) diploma in care level 2 or the equivalent (Desirable)
- Experience of providing care (Desirable)
- Experience of working with elders (Desirable)
