Purpose of the Role

To ensure the CCTV of the centre is actively monitored the centre is kept in a clean and safe manner which will include monitoring of alarms, ventilation systems and timely answering of the telephones and radio.

Key Responsibilities

• CCTV Monitoring
• Monitoring of intruder alarms and shopalert systems
• Dealing with permits/ contractors
• Carrying out first aid if required
• Monitoring of fire alarm
• Check Calls to NOC / staff
• Communicate with staff and public in a professional manner over the phone / radio
• Complete statutory checks as required

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Must have experience of working in a control room
• Must hold SIA CCTV and Manned Guarding Badges

Working Hours – 48 hours per week 5 days out of 7

Salary – £13.36 per hour
