Role: We are looking for three Operational Excellence Coordinators to join our teams in Coventry.
Locations: Coventry
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Contract: Permanent
Day‑to‑Day
- Analyse site workflows and operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- Support and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and improvement workshops
- Monitor productivity and performance through dashboards and reporting tools
- Support the implementation of automation and digital solutions
- Encourage and promote colleague‑led improvement ideas and engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with teams across sites to share best practice and track improvements
Essential Requirements
- Experience in continuous improvement, operational support, or similar environments
- Analytical mindset with confidence working with data and performance metrics
- Understanding of Lean principles or productivity improvement approaches
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with a range of stakeholders
- Practical, hands‑on approach to problem solving and implementing improvements
- Degree or equivalent experience in operations, engineering, science, or a related field
