Support Worker – Woodhall Spa

We’re recruiting a Support Worker to join our welcoming Woodhall Spa team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is compassionate, dependable and takes pride in doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.

About your working pattern

You’ll be working across a two-week rota, giving you a mix of shifts including:

  • Early and late shifts
  • Mid shifts
  • Long days
  • Sleep-in shifts
  • Alternate weekends

This structure provides a balance of routine and variety, helping you build meaningful relationships with the people you support.

What your role will involve

This role is all about enabling people to live the lives they want. You’ll be there to provide support, encouragement and practical help across daily life.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting with personal care in a respectful and dignified way
  • Helping with meal preparation, shopping and household tasks
  • Assisting with health appointments and routines
  • Promoting independence, confidence and choice

You’ll also support people to enjoy the things that matter to them, such as:

  • Trips out, holidays and visiting loved ones
  • Creative activities like crafts and baking
  • Listening to music or going bowling
  • Enjoying time outdoors or going for drives

Essential requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Access to your own vehicle (due to location and travel requirements)
