Where You’ll Be Working

We support to our clients living within central Bordon and also providing outreach in this area. Offering supporting living, encouraging and enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and accessing the local community & facilities.

We are looking for Female Support Workers to join our amazing team, to continue delivering outstanding outcomes.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
  • 12 Months Experience in Support Work
  • UK Valid Drivers Licence and access to own Car

Responsibilities

  • Encouraging – people to play active roles in the communities in which they live, to encourage independence.
  • Supporting – Activities of daily Living including social activities, personal care, routines, planning and preparation of meals and budgeting.
  • Communicating – effectively communicate using people’s chosen methods.
  • Engaging – promoting and motivating people we support to enhance their quality of life.
  • Specialising – supporting people who may need positive behavioural support approaches.
  • Recording – keeping accurate records & reporting changes in health or circumstances of service users to management.
  • Team player – Working as part of a team, as well as being able to work using your own initiative.
