Days & times for shifts (choose one of the options):
- Sunday 13:30 – 22:00
- Monday 14:00 – 22:00
- Tuesday 18:00 – 22:00
- Friday 14:00 – 22:00
- Saturday 14:00 – 22:00
All shifts will be scheduled within these windows, with at least 3 weeks’ notice.
Minimum contracted hours: 16 hours per week; 12 hours available.
Pay: starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25; some locations may offer additional payments.
About the role
Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store. Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day‑to‑day operational queries.

Qualifications
- Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer’s needs are met.
- Build positive, long‑lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
- A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
- A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
