Dawn Ellmore Employment are currently assisting a highly reputable firm with their search for a qualified Trade Mark Attorney / Solicitor to join the successful team in their London office.

Responsibilities

• Cover both contentious and non-contentious work with a variety of clients.
• Handle trade mark design filing and prosecution.

Qualifications

• Up to 5 years’ post qualification experience.
• Knowledge in trade mark design filing and prosecution.
• Show tactical thinking with solid commercial awareness.

Interpersonal Skills

• Team player with sharp communication skills.
• Analytical approach towards the client’s needs.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
