We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a permanent Cleaner/Housekeeper to join Amey, supporting our Nuclear Restoration Services (NRS) contract on-site at Trawsfynydd.
Standard hours: 36 hours per week, Monday – Thursday, 07.15 am – 17.15 pm.
Hourly rate: £13.45.
Amey delivers essential workplace and facilities management services across 17 nuclear sites and regional offices nationwide, supporting the safe decommissioning of the UK’s first‑generation nuclear sites. This role plays a vital part in protecting people and the environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide a cleaning service that meets contractual requirements.
- Control stock levels and order consumables.
- Operate machinery safely and in line with guidelines and training.
- Maintain a high‑quality service for building users, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support local and business zero‑carbon programmes where appropriate.
- Ensure H&S standards are achieved across the contract.
Qualifications
- Comfortable working in a nuclear environment.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Flexible team member.
- Prior completion of Triple Bar training (short online introductory nuclear course) required before site access.
