Enabling Support Worker
Location: Kenway Court – Southend on Sea
Salary: £12.75 per hour
Hours Per Week: 40

At Shaftesbury Kenway Court we are recruiting for Enabling Support Workers. This position requires a caring, community‑minded workforce that is dedicated to supporting people with intellectual and physical disabilities in a residential, community‑focused care home.
About the role
As an Enabling Support Worker you will provide support and encouragement to individuals, taking direction from both the person supported and their person‑centred support plan. Your duties include:
- Delivering personal care and medication administration as required.
- Maintaining accurate records in line with service requirements.
- Covering sleep in sessions, for which you will receive an additional £60 per shift.
- Supporting the development of a nurturing, flexible, person‑centred approach to care.
