Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEMH, behaviour needs and additional learning needs.
• Help pupils stay regulated and engaged in learning.
• Work with teachers, pastoral staff and behaviour leads.
• Provide long‑term, consistent support rather than random day‑to‑day cover.

Requirements

• A calm, firm and reliable personality.
• Experience in schools, youth work, mentoring, PRU/AP or behaviour support.
• Ability to de‑escalate, not inflame situations.
• Thick skin, patience and a professional mindset.

Pay & Location

Pay: £95 – £115 per day

Location: Barking and Dagenham (RM10 7BN)
