Help Drive Production Excellence at Sofina Foods
The Role
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our busy and growing team at Sofina Malton. In this role, you’ll be a key part of the production line—working efficiently to ensure our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
This is a hands-on opportunity to develop your skills and build a long-term career with one of the leading names in the food industry. This is a full time permanent opportunity with overtime available. Hours of work will be Thursday – Saturday 06:30 – 18:30. Pay: £12.71 an hour.
Responsibilities
- Verify product specifications (size, weight, colour).
- Adjust machine settings for different products.
- Report faults in products / machinery to team leader.
- Processing meat products.
- Pack and label goods.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness procedures.
- Adhere to Health & Safety rules.
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently to meet targets
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Good understanding of health & safety practices
- Patience and consistency for repetitive tasks
- Self-motivated and adaptable to change
