About the role

As a Flexible Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring products are moved safely and efficiently from the production line through to despatch. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and food safety while supporting the smooth running of operations on shift.

Working Hours

0600-1400 / 1400-2200 / Mon-Fri

Key Responsibilities

• Safely handling and moving products from production to despatch areas
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Accurately labelling, scanning, and preparing goods for dispatch
• Following all health & safety and food hygiene procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines
