Full-Time Autism Support Worker

You will work full‑time, supporting children with autism to thrive in a warm, inclusive environment where every small win is a big deal.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with autism.
- Working closely with teaching staff and therapists to create a safe, structured, and joyful learning environment.
- Helping children develop communication, social and emotional skills — and celebrating every step they take.
- Bringing positivity, patience and practical strategies to your role every single day.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience supporting children with SEND, especially autism (school‑based experience is a plus).
- A nurturing, flexible approach and a genuine belief in every child’s potential.
- A great communicator who works well with pupils, staff, and parents alike.
- Someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make a difference — rain or shine.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
