What’s involved?
As Chef De Partie, you’ll work closely with a small team of chefs in a fast‑paced open kitchen:
- Prepare and cook fresh dishes to a high standard
- Support the Sous Chef during busy services
- Work confidently in a customer‑facing kitchen environment
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Contribute to a positive and professional team culture
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or strong Demi Chef
- Passion for fresh, seasonal food
- Comfortable working in a small close‑knit brigade
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Own transport is essential due to location
