A highly regarded Legal 500-ranked London law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its successful and growing Commercial Property team.

The Role
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will work closely with an experienced and supportive team comprising an Equity Partner, two Salaried Partners, an Associate , an NQ Solicitor, Paralegal and Secretary.
Your work will include:
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Refinancing
- Charity property work, including regulatory compliance
- Drafting and negotiating leases and complex property documentation
- Advising a diverse range of HNW commercial clients
- Working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver practical, commercial advice
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 2–6 years’ solid PQE in a broad range of Commercial Property work
- Experience managing a varied Commercial Property caseload
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Commercially minded and client focused
- Collaborative team player with a positive approach
