Commercial Property Solicitor (3-6 PQE) | Part-Time 3 days p/w | £65k- £85k FTE | City of London

(This position is intended to be a part-time role working 3 days per week. Strong candidates with experience only in residential property will also be considered)

A boutique central London firm, ranked in the Legal 500 and with a reputation for excellence over their 150 year history, is looking to bring a Solicitor onto their fantastic Commercial Property team. With a client base of generational HNW, charity, and public institution clients this is an expansion role in a firm that can offer a diverse and well-established caseload. Typical matters include Commercial Landlord & Tenant, Acquisitions and Disposals, Property Development (including site assembly), and Property Investment matters. Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of Commercial Landlord & Tenant, Acquisitions and Disposals, Property Development, and Property Investment matters.
  • Assist senior legal professionals and Partners with Larger matters, progressing their business plans and developing your own client network.
  • Representing and building relationships with commercial clients including those within the Church of England, Education Sector and those from a HNW background.
  • Research appropriate case law and technical and legal precedents to progress matters.
  • Clearly communicate with colleagues and clients.

Skills and Experience:

  • UK qualified Solicitor of 3-6 PQE in a highly reputable boutique, national or international firm.
  • Extensive experience managing Commercial Property or Real Estate matters, to include landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals.
  • Strong academic background, with a minimum of a 2:1 at undergraduate level.
  • Strong technical ability including thoroughness and excellent attention to detail
  • A strong interest in commercial property and internal progression.
