£30,824 – £34,840 p/a

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
• Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• First Aid, Paediatric and CPR certification (preferred)
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)

Duties

• Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5
• Plan and implement EYFS-appropriate activities, ensuring they are stimulating and engaging
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Follow safeguarding procedures and promote the welfare of children
• Undergo Safer Recruitment processes, including application, interview, reference checks, and Enhanced DBS check
