Job Details

We are looking for compassionate and reliable carers with at least 6 months’ experience to support our complex care clients in their own homes. This is not a home‑to‑home role; you will be based at one client’s residence. Our clients have complex needs and would benefit from a carer who is attentive, pro‑active, and up for a challenge. Every day is different here at HFH, but we are here to make a difference!

Client Overview

The client is a 74‑year‑old male with a spinal cord injury. We are seeking a double‑up carer to provide support with bowel management and light daily tasks for 2 hours each day.

• Typically, our client base requires ongoing care, 24 hours a day, and benefits from the continuity of a small core team of regular care staff.
• Our specialist carers work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes. The average shift duration is 12 hours.
• We aim to match work to your availability; typically a carer works three shifts (36 hours) per week and earns £500–555 per week.
• The usual three‑day‑a‑week pattern equates to an average annual income between £26,200 and £28,950.
• We employ all staff directly and manage all pay aspects via PAYE, avoiding limited‑company or self‑employed status and protecting against IR35 breaches.
