Qualifications

• At least two to three years of experience coordinating logistics, dispatch operations or warehouse management.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Mechanisms for booking and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Fleet Manager with daily dispatch coordination and scheduling.
• Create manifests, compliance records, and delivery paperwork.
• Track the positions of vehicles, keep an eye on the status of deliveries, and inform clients.
• Keep precise records of driver hours, deliveries, and collections.
• Use internal systems to help preserve logistical and inventory data.
• Work together with drivers and clients to make sure deliveries are completed on time.
• Assist the management team with reporting and administration.
