What you’ll do
Shared foundations
- Hit simple weekly goals (conversations, meetings booked, renewals progressed)
- Customer Renewals
- Reach out ahead of renewal dates, confirm details & timelines
- Prepare simple quotes and track status in the CRM
- Escalate questions, spot easy upsell cues, and keep customers happy

Training you’ll get
- Outreach & renewals playbooks (calls, emails, talk tracks)
