Working in the chill production line area, using butchery implements and machinery, cut, bone, process and package goods to a quality standard, to deadlines, whilst always complying with company operating requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain quality, cost control, yield and utilisation.
- Ensure health, safety & ethics compliance.
- Track traceability of products.
- Ensure product safety, authenticity and integrity.
- Handle accurate labelling.
- Adhere to company, personal & food hygiene rules and legislation.
