Driving Licence Requirements
You don’t need any previous experience to join our good‑natured team, just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our amazing training team will do the rest! However you must meet the following requirements:
- Full UK or EU driving licence.
- Minimum of 12 months driving experience.
- Maximum of 6 penalty points.
- No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
Some deliveries involve the handling of alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply. As this is a customer‑facing role, good communication skills are also essential.
Location & Hours
Wembley, Middlesex – £14.60 per hour, Full Time.
- Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week over a seven‑day period.
- Shifts: AM & PM. May start as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 12:00 (midnight).
- Shift rota released up to 13 weeks in advance.
- Pay structure: Lunard (paid every 4 weeks) according to a monthly schedule.
- Base rate: £13.96 Monday–Saturday; Evening premium (£1.12 from 6pm); Sunday day premium (£1.40); Sunday evening premium (£2.63).
- Overtime: £17.45 Monday–Saturday (day shift); £18.57 (evening shift).
Key Responsibilities
You will be out on the road regardless of the weather, delivering top‑quality products on time and making customers smile. Your role involves:
- Driving safely and efficiently under all conditions.
- Loading and unloading goods, handling special items such as alcohol, where applicable.
- Providing excellent customer service and representing the company positively.
- Following pre‑planned routes and time‑specifications using automated technology.
