The Role

Assignments are available across specialist schools and provisions including:

• Day-to-day supply cover
• Short-term assignments
• Long-term support roles
• Maternity cover
• Temp-to-perm opportunitiesPermanent SEN Teaching Assistant positions

Work may include:

• 1:1 with pupils
• In small intervention groups
• Supporting classroom learning
• Assisting pupils with communication, emotional regulation and independence

Ideal Candidate

• Relevant experience supporting children or young people OR relevant experience in UK schools
• A calm, patient and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for supporting children with additional needs
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion

Teaching Assistant qualifications are beneficial but not essential for all positions.
