Looking for a role where you can influence the future of major places, not just advise on them? This is an opportunity to lead nationally significant regeneration projects, shape business growth, and have a genuine voice in the direction of a respected specialist consultancy.
Our client is looking for an Associate Director or Director to play a pivotal role in the next stage of the business’s growth. You’ll lead high-profile regeneration, placemaking and masterplanning commissions while building client relationships, winning work and helping shape the future of the company.
This is a visible, influential position offering significant autonomy, direct access to senior decision-makers and a clear platform for progression. For the right individual, there is also the potential to participate in growth-related incentive arrangements.
About the Company:
An independent regeneration, development and placemaking consultancy working across some of the UK’s most ambitious urban projects. Advising both public and private sector clients, the team helps unlock long-term value through regeneration strategy, development delivery, masterplanning and place-led growth. The culture is collaborative, entrepreneurial and built around trusted relationships and impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regeneration, placemaking and masterplanning commissions across the UK.
- Develop senior client relationships and secure new business opportunities.
- Lead proposals, presentations, stakeholder engagement activities and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Support the growth of the business while mentoring and developing junior colleagues.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience leading regeneration, placemaking, development consultancy, planning or urban strategy projects.
- Track record of winning work, developing client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of large-scale regeneration and development delivery, with an established network across the public and/or private sector market.
If you’re curious about the opportunity, we’d welcome a conversation. Send over what you have and we’ll arrange a confidential discussion to share more about the role and suitability for the business. I have other roles that may be of interest if this is not the right fit.
