Our Client is offering the successful Smart Repair Technician:

• Monday – Friday working hours, 30 days holiday per year
• Salary: Negotiable depending on experience, starting £30,000

Responsibilities

• Carry out tasks to a correct and safe standard, including preparation for paint spraying.
• Keep an accurate account of hours worked, materials used and work completed on each vehicle.
• Check all paint materials and notify the Manager of any shortages.
• Prepare and refinish vehicle body surfaces and alloy wheels.
• Care for and maintain all mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical tools and equipment used in the course of the work.
• Comply with the company’s administrative and accounting regulations, including security of cash and stock.
• Communicate in a polite and effective manner to customers and fellow employees.
• Have experience using water‑based paints.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Previous experience within vehicle body repair.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work efficiently as an individual and as part of a team.
• Motivation to enhance knowledge and advance career.
• Effective communication and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
