Production Operative – Kidderminster (Overhead Crane Experience Required!)

Salary: GBP13.93 – GBP13.93 per hour

A busy manufacturing business in Kidderminster is looking for a skilled Production Operative to join their team immediately. Due to increased demand, this temporary role could become permanent for the right candidate.

What you’ll do:

• Operate efficiently on the production line, packaging, labelling, and storing materials
• Use your overhead crane experience safely and effectively
• Perform general factory duties including pallet-making and housekeeping
• Work as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

What we’re looking for:

• Previous overhead crane experience is essential
• Ability to work physically and at pace
• Team player with a flexible approach
• Local to Kidderminster – easy to commute
• Temporary & Temp-to-Perm opportunities
• Chance to gain an overhead crane licence once permanent
