Regional Sales Manager – Technology & Communications Solutions – Midlands

The Company:

Our client is a market-leading provider of communication and information management solutions, serving a diverse range of commercial organisations across sectors including builders’ merchants, financial services, utilities, and legal services.

Part of a group with a turnover exceeding £300 million, the business is experiencing significant growth, having achieved 25% growth in 2025. Widely recognised within its sector and the recipient of multiple industry awards, the company continues to invest in its people and services as part of an ambitious expansion strategy.

As a result of this continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to develop strategic relationships with existing customers while driving new business opportunities across the Midlands.

This is a field-based role requiring regular travel to client meetings and industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition through a consultative and value-led sales approach.
  • Identify, develop, and convert opportunities across both public and private sector organisations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to negotiation and close.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Develop existing customer accounts, identifying opportunities for additional growth and revenue generation.
  • Deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and successful delivery of solutions.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ B2B sales experience within technology, software, communications, print, MSP, or a related environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience managing complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to articulate business value.
  • Self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable operating in a field-based role.
  • Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Package:

  • Basic salary of circa £57,500
  • Uncapped OTE of £77,500
