The Opportunity:
We’re working with a fast-growing out-of-home media business that is expanding its commercial team in Aldershot. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, relationship-led sales professional to join a high-energy environment where performance is rewarded and progression is real.
You’ll be selling impactful advertising solutions across a portfolio of premium, high-footfall environments – including gyms, cinemas, retail spaces, universities, and leisure venues — helping brands and local businesses reach their audiences in a highly visible and engaging way.

The Role:
A new business-focused sales role with full ownership of your local territory.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and winning new advertising clients across the local market
- Building strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Presenting creative, tailored advertising solutions
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Growing and developing existing accounts
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales proposals and pitches
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery
- Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Maintaining accurate pipeline activity via CRM
About You
You’ll be ambitious, confident, and motivated by earning potential.
We’re looking for:
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management
- A track record of hitting or exceeding targets (or clear drive to do so)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence engaging with business owners and senior stakeholders
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with a competitive edge
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple opportunities
- Experience in media, advertising, or local sales is advantageous but not essential
