Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Security Operations Supervisor / Team Manager to lead and manage operational teams across multiple sites.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for team leadership, performance management, staff development, and operational coordination. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of employee relations processes and company compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team and undertake full line management responsibilities
- Conduct performance reviews and annual appraisals
- Monitor and manage individual and team performance
- Address performance concerns and implement improvement plans
- Engage and motivate team members to achieve operational targets
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage recruitment processes and procedures
- Participate in interviews and candidate selection
- Oversee onboarding and induction processes
- Ensure new starters are fully integrated into the team
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Experience within the security industry
- Knowledge of HR procedures and employment legislation
- Experience managing multi-site operations
