The Role
▪ Acting as the go-to quality professional for the business
▪ Identifying and implementing improvements to manufacturing processes
▪ Conducting root cause analysis on non-conformances
▪ Developing and maintaining quality documentation
▪ Inspection processes and reporting
▪ Working closely with the shopfloor team
The Person
▪ Proven experience in a quality role within manufacturing
▪ Working knowledge of ISO standards
▪ Experience in root cause analysis and problem solving
▪ Someone who can work autonomously and take ownership of quality
