We are looking for an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer to join a busy manufacturing environment, supporting supplier performance, quality improvements, and operational delivery.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can build strong supplier relationships, drive problem resolution, and work effectively across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier non-conformances, containment actions, and resolutions
• Drive supplier improvements and corrective actions
• Support concessions and engineering change requests
• Conduct regular supplier reviews and site visits
• Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, and Laboratory teams
• Lead root cause investigations and continuous improvement activities
• Ensure quality issues are resolved to support on-time production delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Supplier Quality Engineering experience within manufacturing or engineering environments
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015
• Experience managing supplier performance and quality issues
• Proven root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of issues
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
