You will be joining at a point of investment and momentum, with leadership support in place to drive growth.

What you will be doing

– Lead and develop the electrical training function across delivery, team and performance

– Drive revenue growth and overall division strategy

– Oversee centre performance, learner outcomes and quality

– Build and develop a high performing training team

– Support apprenticeship delivery and expansion

– Play a key role in scaling operations and opening new centres

– Circa 200 apprentices currently on programme

– Recent investment into quality and leadership infrastructure

What they are looking for

– Strong electrical industry background

– Experience leading training teams or centres

– Track record of improving or scaling performance

– Apprenticeship knowledge is highly desirable

– Experience setting up new centres or scaling operations is a plus

– Clear growth trajectory

– Opportunity to build and shape a division

– Backed by investment and leadership alignment
