Job Summary:
We areseekingdedicated and hardworking Production Operatives to join our client in a busy manufacturing environmentoperatingacross several key stages of the production process. This is a hands‑on role where you willbe responsible forsupporting the safe, efficient, and high‑quality production of goods through multiple specialist stations on the line.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate andmonitorequipment at theacross multiplestations.
- Ensure temperatures, timings, and processing steps are followed correctly tomaintainproduct quality.
- Carry out routine quality checksbagweight andseal integrity.
- Keep all work areas clean, hygienic, and compliant withsafety standards
- Load materials and support smooth product flow through each stage of production
- Identifyany faults, defects, or issues and report them promptly to the supervisor
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and all health & safety guidelines
- Support the wider team in meeting daily output and efficiency targets
- Rotate between stations asrequiredtomaintainan efficient production line
(Please be aware your role may not be limited to these tasks)
Preferable for this positionbut not essential:
