We are currently seeking Multiple Compound Drivers for our Sheerness based client for an immediate start.
About this Role
This company specialises in moving brand-new cars within a large compound. You will also be tasked with road testing the vehicles along a designated route, de‑wrapping the vehicles, fueling/charging vehicles and moving vehicles into loading lanes ready for collection.
You must be comfortable operating both manual and automatic vehicles, and be available Monday to Friday each week.
We have multiple shifts available:
- Full time 08:00 – 17:00 Mon – Fri
You will be tasked with successfully maneuvering cars within a busy compound, following the client’s instructions. Please be aware that this isn’t just a driving role; candidates must possess a calm and meticulous attitude, as it is essential that cars are not damaged throughout the process of shunting. Candidates will be expected to complete rigorous inspections and vehicle checks, noting all scratches, scuffs and other damage, whilst taking every precaution necessary to ensure that vehicles remain undamaged throughout the maneuvering process.
Pay Rate: Monday‑Friday: £12.71 per hour

To be eligible for this position, you must possess the following
- Driving Licence
- Good communication skills
- Calm and meticulous manner
- Held your licence for a minimum of 3 years
- No DD or DR offences on licence
