Overview

Havelock Academy is now recruiting Exam Invigilators to support school examinations and safeguard academic integrity.

Role Summary

• Zero‑hour casual contract with flexible hours.
• Work part‑time in a supportive, friendly team during exam periods.
• Receive on‑the‑job training.
• Help maintain a safe and focused testing environment.

Salary & Benefits

• NJC 3 rate: £12.85 per hour + £1.55 holiday pay per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor exam rooms and ensure students follow exam rules.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents to represent the Academy positively.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Support safeguarding of children and follow Trust policies.

• Good communication, organisational and time‑management skills.
• Honest, trustworthy and able to maintain confidential material.
• Positive commitment to the Academy’s ethos and educational standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours and on a zero‑hour contract.
