About the Role

The successful candidate will provide a high-quality social work service across all aspects of assessment and care management, ensuring the needs and outcomes of children and young people are effectively met.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertaking assessments of children and families
• Managing a varied caseload within statutory timescales
• Developing and reviewing care plans
• Child in Need, Child Protection, and Looked After Children work
• Working in partnership with families and multi‑agency professionals
• Safeguarding children and promoting positive outcomes
• Maintaining accurate and timely case recordings and reports
