Nursery Teaching Assistant (Five Ways Primary School)

We are looking to recruit a dynamic and passionate Nursery Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team as soon as possible.

We are seeking a candidate who has experience working in the Early Years Foundation Stage and is eager to enthuse and motivate our youngest children to do their best while maintaining a healthy learning environment within our Nursery setting.

Position: Nursery Teaching Assistant – Grade 2 (Full‑time, Permanent, Term‑time only contract incl. Inset Days). Salary: £21,420.00 per annum.

  • Work well as part of a collaborative team, as well as being self‑motivated and capable of independent work.
  • Set high expectations for attainment and behaviour for nursery children.
  • Enthuse and engage nursery pupils in purposeful learning experiences.
  • Passionately support children’s learning and welfare, enabling all children to achieve success.
  • Have a clear understanding of the Early Years curriculum.

Five Ways is a large, three‑form entry primary school with approximately 650 pupils. We work with well‑behaved, motivated children and supportive parents, and we pride ourselves on providing a stimulating learning environment.
