Job Description:
GUARDIAN SELECTION LIMITED is looking for a SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive school in Swanland, catering to pupils with additional needs such as Autism and ADHD. The position can be either full-time or part-time with an immediate start or in September 2026.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teaching staff to provide support during lessons, small group and one-on-one assistance, promoting engagement and positive behavior.
Applicants are required to have experience in supporting SEN pupils, with a strong commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
