Typical Responsibilities
• Advising on UK GDPR, EU GDPR and wider global privacy regulations
• Supporting privacy-by-design initiatives across products, platforms and services
• Drafting and negotiating data processing agreements, data sharing agreements and privacy clauses
• Advising on international data transfers and regulatory compliance frameworks
• Supporting incident response, data breaches and regulatory investigations
• Advising on AI governance, emerging technologies and digital innovation projects
• Partnering with legal, compliance, technology, security and business stakeholders globally
About You
• Strong data protection and privacy experience gained in private practice or in-house
• Experience advising on GDPR and international privacy matters
• Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Able to provide practical, risk-based advice within a fast-paced environment
