Mathematics Teacher (ECT)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teacher of Mathematics to join our successful Maths department. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to begin their teaching career in a supportive and forward-thinking school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Inspire and motivate students to achieve their best through engaging teaching
• Use assessment data to inform planning and monitor student progress
• Contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum and department resources
• Participate fully in the wider life of the school, including CPD and enrichment

Person Specification

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Mathematics
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A reflective practitioner committed to continuous professional development
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
