Responsibilities
- Be a resilient and committed brand ambassador who confidently recommends and sells our newest food products to customers.
- Provide remarkable service to ensure customers feel valued every time they shop with us.
- Work in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused when the store is at its busiest.
- Serve, sell, fill and help drive growth in sales by going above and beyond.
- Utilise digital tools such as Sparks and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience and ensure customers get the products they want when they need them.
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment and support colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience.
- Be flexible and able to work across various areas of the store, adapting to changing demands of the retail environment. No two shifts look the same.
- Meet the required working pattern: Sat 04:00 – 08:00; Sun 07:00 – 16:00.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Age 18 or older due to early-morning shift work (health and safety compliance).
- Digital confidence and ability to use in-store devices and digital tools.
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

This job role involves working early mornings and this means we can’t consider applications from anyone under the age of 18. This is to comply with the relevant health and safety legislation and to keep our colleagues safe in the workplace.
Please note that the + £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is only added on any hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
