Vacancy Coordinator

Overview

Kingdom Services Group have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment specialist to join the team as a Vacancy Coordinator at Head Office.

Location: Newton-le-Willows, WA12 area. When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP. Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 09:00 am – 17:00 pm.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate vacancies from start to finish
• Manage job advertising across multiple channels
• Keep communication flowing between candidates, managers, and the Engagement Centre
• Help design and deliver engaging recruitment content
• Maintain recruitment systems and databases
• Support internal recruitment, interviews, onboarding and Head Office inductions
• Produce reports and meaningful insights that drive improvements
• Help us continually improve and streamline how we hire
