Merchandiser / Senior Merchandiser – Women’s Fashion

Overview

The brand is known for trendy, affordable, feminine, romantic and easy‑to‑wear style with floral prints, dresses, soft silhouettes and versatile designs. This role focuses on denim, outerwear and tailoring.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profit and stock efficiency across fashion categories through strategic planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Collaborate closely with buying, design, ecommerce and supply chain teams to ensure the right product assortment is available.
• Analyze daily and weekly sales to identify risks and opportunities, and take action to maximize profitability and sell‑through.
• Develop seasonal sales and stock plans, build accurate forecasts using historical data, manage OTB budgets and partner with the buying team to build commercially balanced ranges.

Qualifications

• Highly analytical and commercially minded with experience managing sales, margin and stock performance in a fast‑paced, volume environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence business decisions.
• Proven expertise in planning, forecasting and inventory management.
• Strong management skills and experience leading a team.

Benefits

Generous salary ranging from £50,000 to £70,000 depending on level (merchandiser or senior merchandiser). Hybrid working model: office three days a week and two days from home.
