Exmouth Community College is delighted to appoint a Specialist Base HLTA to empower students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). This role focuses on enhancing Communication and Interaction, as well as Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
The ideal candidate will support up to 20 students in a dedicated environment and promote inclusive practices throughout the school community. This full-time position aims to ensure every learner can thrive in a supportive educational setting.
