Service Advisor | Aftersales Advisor

Location: Nissan, Stoke-on-Trent

Salary: OTE UPTO £35,000

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30, 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the face of our service department, ensuring every customer has a smooth and excellent journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maximising Service Sales: Use your exceptional communication skills to confidently upsell additional products, services, and repair work.
  • Customer Support: Deliver product knowledge and support to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with a high degree of care.
  • System Management: Ensure all systems and documentation are completed with high accuracy, maintaining a well‑organised workflow.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong customer‑first mindset and a passion for cars:

  • Automotive Experience: Knowledge and experience within the automotive industry is essential.
  • Customer‑Facing Skills: Proven experience in a busy customer‑facing role.
