About the Role

Warwick Sport is seeking a Front of House Coordinator to lead the day‑to‑day operation of reception and entry control points at the Sports & Wellness Hub and Tennis Centre. The Coordinator will ensure an exceptional customer experience for members, students, staff, and visitors while maintaining high operational standards and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve complex enquiries or complaints.
  • Supervise and coordinate Front of House teams, including rota planning and daily briefings.
  • Support recruitment, training, and performance development of staff.
  • Oversee reception operations, booking systems, cash handling, and membership administration.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, and data protection policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, maintenance issues, and operational logs.
  • Monitor facility usage and contribute to service improvements.
  • Manage stock for retail lines and ensure financial procedures are followed.
  • Produce reports to support management decision‑making and customer engagement initiatives.

About You

  • Experience supervising or coordinating a customer service team.
  • Background in leisure, sport, or hospitality environments.
  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills with rota planning experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competent in IT systems, membership, booking, or CRM platforms.
  • Cash handling and payment reconciliation experience.
  • Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

Desirable

  • First Aid at Work qualification.
  • Customer service or operational management qualification.
