Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Client Accountant with a background working on Commercial Assets and a desire to gain wider experience across a larger client portfolio and clear career progression. The role involves preparing, monitoring, and reporting on all financial aspects of client property portfolios, including rent, service charges, and other operational costs.
Responsibilities
Prepare financial reports, monitor and report on rental income, service charges and operational costs for client property portfolios.
Qualifications
Experienced in commercial asset management and must possess the right to work in the UK. Candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills for client portfolio management.
