West Sussex County Council is looking for a dedicated Family Support Key Worker in Mid Sussex. This role involves providing intensive support to families facing complex needs as part of the Early Help service.
The successful candidate will engage with hard-to-reach families, working collaboratively with multi-agency stakeholders, and will need a valid driving licence for occasional county travel. A degree or relevant experience is required.
