Teacher of Art Design Technology – part‑time (0.6 FTE)

Location: Blessed Edward Oldcorne Catholic College.

We are seeking a part‑time Art Design Technology Teacher to inspire students across a range of subjects, fostering creativity, innovation, and practical skills in a supportive and well‑resourced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons that encourage experimentation, critical thinking, and technical development.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
• Support students of varying abilities to achieve their full potential.
• Contribute to a diverse programme of subjects across both Art & Design and Design & Technology.
• Maintain classroom management and contribute to the wider life of the department.

Qualifications

• Passionate about creative education, adaptable, and committed to enriching the department.
• Experience across both Art & Design and Design & Technology is desirable.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Willingness to contribute to a diverse programme of subjects.
